1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2001.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 the National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
2.2 the Victorian College of the Arts Student Union Inc.
3 - APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 17 January 2001 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
