1. AWARD TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2002.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, its officers and members; and
(b) Melbourne University Student Union Incorporated:
in relation to employees of Melbourne University Student Union Incorporated who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, whether members of the union or not.
5. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 shall apply to the parties to this award.
4. DATE THE AWARD STARTS
This award shall operate from the first pay period commencing on or after 14 January 2002 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
