1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 2) Award 2002.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The National Tertiary Education Industry Union, its officers and members; and
(b) Monash Student Association, Monash University, Wellington Road, Clayton, VIC, 3168.
in relation to employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, who are employees of Monash Student Association.
3 - APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 shall apply to the parties to this award.
4 - DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 20 August 2002 and shall continue in force for a period of twelve months.
