1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No.1) Award 2003.
2. APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the Award known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 [AW797062] as varied from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon:
(i) The National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
(ii) RMIT Student Union in respect of all its employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union.
3. DATE OF OPERATION
This Award shall operate from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 25 September 2003 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
