1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Roping-in No.1 Award 2005.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 the National Tertiary Education Industry Union
2.2 University of Ballarat TAFE Student Association Inc.
In relation to employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided for in this award, the provisions of the Students Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 shall apply.
4. OPERATION
The award shall come into force from 2 February 2005 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
