1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers' (Oil Companies) (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1994.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers' Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employer: Brisbane Airport Fuel Services

Eagle Farm QLD 4009
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Transport Workers' (Oil Companies) Award 1992, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 3 March 1994 and shall remain in force for six months.
