1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Oil Companies) (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1996.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding on the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and Melbourne Refuelling Pty Limited Level 27 530 Collins Street Melbourne Vic 3000 in respect of their employees employed within the scope of the Transport Workers’ (Oil Companies) Award 1992, as varied from time to time, whether members of the said union or not.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Transport Workers’ (Oil Companies) Award 1992, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 28 August 1996 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
