1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the National Fast Food Retail (Roping-In No. 1) Award 2002.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association and the employers listed in Schedule 1 and their employees.
3 - CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The rates of pay and conditions of employment shall be as prescribed from time to time by the Award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission made by Commissioner O’Connor on 18 January 2001 and known as the “National Fast Food Award 2000 [Print T4904]”.
4 - LEAVE RESERVED
Leave is reserved for the parties to apply to the Commission from 1 January 2003 regarding the appropriateness of coverage of this award.
5 - LIFE OF AWARD
This Award shall operate from the first pay period commencing on or after 15 February 2002 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
