1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the National Fast Food Retail (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2003.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:

3. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The rates of pay and conditions of employment shall be as prescribed from time to time by the award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission known as the National Fast Food Retail Award 2000 [AW806313] as varied from time to time.
4. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall operate as from 9 December 2003 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
