1. TITLE
This Award shall be known as the National Fast Food Retail (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2004.
2. PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AWARD
This Award shall be binding upon:
The Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association and upon those employers listed in Schedule A and their employees.
3. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The rates of pay and conditions of employment shall be as prescribed from time to time by the Award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission made by Commissioner O’Connor on 18 January 2001 and known as the “National Fast Food Award 2000 (Print T4904)” as varied from time to time.
4. OPERATION OF AWARD
This Award shall operate as from 15 March 2004 and shall remain in force for six months.
