This Award shall be binding upon the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (hereinafter referred to as ‘the union’) and its members; Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products Australia Pty Limited and Jeld-Wen Fibre of Australia Pty Limited, (hereinafter referred to as “the employer”) in respect of employees of the said company who are engaged in or in connection with the employer’s wood panels operations.
