8. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS

8.1 This award shall supersede all previous awards and orders of the Commission relating to the employment of employees in the wood panels operations of the employer but no right, obligation or liability accrued or incurred under any such previous award or order shall be affected hereby.

8.2 The parties to this award reserve their rights to apply for a variation to this award, if following the section 150A of the Industrial Relations Act 1988 award review process conducted in 1996, provisions have been inadvertently altered without consent of the parties. Such variation would be aimed at returning the aspect of the award in question to its original status. The section 150A review process, while reformatting the award and updating several parts of the award is acknowledged by the parties to not have resulted in a completely reviewed and updated award. The parties reserve their rights to apply for further variations under the review process.
