Subject to 17.1 all employees shall be paid an allowance equal to 17.5% of the normal rate, provided that for those employees whose classifications are recognised as indoor work, such allowance:

18.1 This loading shall not exceed $889 per annum, provided that such amount shall be varied on the first day of October each year in accordance with the Consumer Price Index figure (ALL GROUPS, Percentage Change, Hobart) for the year ended in the preceding June.
18.2 Shall apply to proportionate annual leave on effective termination of employment.
18.3 Shall be calculated at the salary or wages rate applicable to the employee concerned as at the date on which the annual leave is taken, pursuant to 17.7.
