27. WET WEATHER

27.1 No deduction shall be made from the wages of employees, where, because of wet weather, they are prevented from commencing or completing work for which they are available.

27.2 No employee shall leave the job without first obtaining permission from management or an authorised officer.

27.3 No employee shall be required to work outside in wet weather except when making good breakdowns or essential services, but will engage in alternative work as directed by management.
