[1] TITLE
This award shall be known as the Australian Workers’ Union Construction and Maintenance (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2004.
[2] PARTIES BOUND
2.1 This award shall be binding upon Maintenance Resource Engineering Pty Ltd.
2.1.1 The Australian Workers’ Union, its officers and members; and
2.1.2 the employer, Maintenance Resource Engineering Pty Ltd, 150 Garden Street, Geelong, Victoria, 3220
[3] APPLICATION
The provisions of the Australian Workers’ Union Construction and Maintenance Award 2002.
3.1 As varied from time to time, shall apply to Maintenance Resource Engineering Pty Ltd of 150 Garden Street, Geelong, Victoria, 3220 and to their employees who are members of or eligible to be members of The Australian Workers’ Union.
[4] OPERATION
This award shall come into force on and from the 13th February 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
