1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Australian Workers’ Union Construction and Maintenance (Roping-In No.1) Award 2004.
2. PARTIES BOUND
2.1 This award shall be binding upon:
2.1.1 The Australian Workers’ Union, its officers and members; and
2.1.2 Brunel Technical Services Pty Ltd at 1/11 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth WA 6005; and
2.1.3 Saipem Comercio Maritimo Sociedade Unipessaol LDA at Level 9, 220 St Georges Terraces, Perth, WA 6000.
3. APPLICATION
The Award known as the Australian Workers’ Union Construction and Maintenance (Roping-In No.2) Award 2004, as varied from time to time shall be binding according to its terms upon Brunel Technical Services Pty Ltd and Saipem Comercio Maritimo Sociedade Unipessaol LDA and to their employees who are members of or eligible to be members of the Australian Workers’ Union.
4. OPERATION
This award shall come into foce on and from 21 October 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
