AP816089 - Medical Officers (Aboriginal Medical Services) Interim Award 2001
4.1 ASMOF means the Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation.
4.2 Employer means those organisations listed in Schedule A and Schedule B to this award.
4.3 Medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered with the appropriate Authority/Board in the State or Territory of employment engaged in the provision of primary, patient care to individuals, families and their community and not having Vocational Registration status with the Health Insurance Commission under the Health Insurance Act 1973.
4.4 Vocationally registered general practitioner means a medical practitioner having Vocational Registration status with the Health Insurance Commission under the Health Insurance Act 1973.
