5.1 This award shall apply to and be binding on the Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation (ASMOF) and upon the respondents named in Schedule A to this award, in respect of all of their employees eligible to be members of ASMOF, whether members or not.
5.2 This award shall apply to and be binding on the Australian Salaried Medical Officers Federation (ASMOF) and upon the respondents named in Schedule B to this award, in respect of all of their employees eligible to be members of ASMOF, whether members or not, on the engagement of such employees.
