11. CLASSIFICATIONS AND DUTIES

11.1 Appropriate classification

For the classification structures contained in clause 12, which have an asterix shown against them, assessment of the appropriate structure and levels will be consistent with the relevant Work Level Standards (WLS) at Schedule B. Any proposed variation to the WLS will be the subject of consultation between the CEO and the relevant union(s). The parties will deal with any dispute consistent with clause 9 of this Award.

11.2 Duties

Employees employed in award classifications will perform such duties required as are within the limits of the employees skill, competence and training, consistent with the classification structures of this award, provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
