5. DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION

5.1 This award shall come into operation on and from 24 June 2003 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.

5.2 This award supersedes all previous awards to which the employer and union mentioned therein are parties, but no right, obligation or liability already accrued or incurred under any such award shall thereby be affected.
