This award shall be binding upon the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (the union) and on the members thereof and on Capral Aluminium Limited (the employer) in respect of the employment by them of members and employees eligible to be members of the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union in connection with the operations of the said employer in the States of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and in the Australian Capital Territory.
