24.1 An employee who is:
24.1.1 Given less than 24 hours notice of a requirement to remain at work or return to work after the usual finishing time for that day and who works for one hour or more after such finishing time (when that additional work necessitates taking a meal away from the employee’s place of residence); or
24.1.2 who is entitled pursuant to clause 32 - Meal breaks, to a second meal break shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.32 per entitlement.
