2. INCIDENCE AND APPLICATION OF THIS PART

2.1 This part shall govern the wages and conditions of all employees engaged as a Tradesperson or an Apprentice by Woolworths Supermarkets in the Northern Territory.

2.2 Where this Part of the award is silent, Part 1 shall apply.
