7. PART-TIME EMPLOYEES

7.1 As per clause 10 - Terms of Employment of Part 1 of this award. With the exception that Bakers/Pastrycooks will be paid the penalties as prescribed in 5.3 of Part 2 of this award.

7.2 Apprentices shall not be engaged as part-time employees.
