15.1 A party to this award shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Award 2000 [AW790899 PR904174] as varied, as though bound by clause 4 of that award.
15.2 The National Training Wage Award 2000 shall apply in respect of this award and where it refers back to the award, that shall be read as referring back to this award.
15.3 The provision in the National Training Wage Award 2000 in respect of overtime shall be read to mean that the hourly rate of pay for the purposes of calculation of overtime or shift penalties is the hourly rate applicable to the relevant age as prescribed by this award.
