The terms of the National Training Wage Award 2000 [Print T0813 [N0277]], as varied, shall apply to the employment under this award so as to override clause 17 - Wages and clause 18 - Junior employees in the manner specified in clause 4 of the National Training Wage Award 2000, as varied, for employers bound by that award. The provision in the National Training Wage Award in respect of overtime shall be read to mean that the hourly rate of pay for the purposes of calculation of overtime or shift penalties is the hourly rate applicable to the relevant age as prescribed in this award.
