11.1 Where an employee works in a place where the temperature is reduced by artificial means below minus 9.4 degrees Celsius, on duties normally performed in such place or places, he/she shall be paid an additional allowance of 46 cents for each hour or part thereof in which he/she is so employed. Where the work continues for more than two hours, the employee shall be entitled to a rest period of twenty minutes, every two hours, without loss of pay.
11.2 The minimum amount to which an employee shall be entitled, who performs such work in such place or places, shall be 48 cents to a maximum of $3.70 in any one shift or working day of eight hours.
