10.1 If during any part of a day, a weekly employee is employed on work for which a rate of pay is prescribed herein higher than his/her ordinary rate for a minimum of two hours, he/she shall, for the whole of that day, be paid at such higher rate.
10.2 An employee employed for a full day in any particular pay week on a higher classification, shall be paid the higher rate for that day.
10.3 Any employee who, while still under engagement to do work for which a rate of pay is prescribed herein, is put upon work carrying a lower rate, shall nevertheless be paid the higher rate during such engagement.
