AP838502 - Post Fulfilment Online Consent Award 2004
16.1 This award allows for the employment of trainees who shall be paid according to the terms and conditions of the National Training Wage Award 2000 [PR904174] as varied from time to time.
16.2 The National Training Wage Award shall apply in respect of this award and where it refers back to the award, that shall be read as referring back to this award.
16.3 The provision in the National Training Wage Award in respect of overtime shall be read to mean that the hourly rate of pay for the purposes of calculation of overtime or shift penalties is the hourly rate applicable to the relevant age as prescribed in this award.
