PART 6 - HOURS OF WORK, BREAKS, OVERTIME, SHIFT WORK, WEEKEND WORK 

19. ORDINARY HOURS OF WORK - PERMANENT EMPLOYEES

19.1 The times during which an employee may be regularly rostered to work ordinary hours shall be:

19.1.1 Monday - Saturday between 5.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.; and

19.1.2 Sunday between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

19.2 Where employees commence their work between the hours as previously outlined and their engagement extends outside of such hours, the period of work completed outside of such hours shall be paid at the appropriate penalty rate.
