20. ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR ORDINARY HOURS - PERMANENT EMPLOYEES

20.1 The following penalties shall apply in addition to ordinary time earnings:

Monday to Friday 10.00 p.m. to midnight Between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. Saturday Between 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Sunday Between midnight to 5.00 a.m. Monday to Saturday Between 10.00 p.m. to midnight Saturday Between midnight Saturday to 7.00 a.m. Sunday Between 8.00 p.m. to midnight Sunday Between midnight Sunday to 5.00 a.m. Monday Public holidays	10% 25% 50% 30% 50% 100% 50% 30% 150%

20.2 The stipulated penalties are to be paid on actual hours worked only.

20.3 Juniors shall be entitled to such penalties to be paid upon their ordinary time rate as determined by clause 14.1 of this award.
