24.1 Employees other than casuals who would otherwise have worked on that day will be entitled to the holiday without loss of pay. In addition to such payment, an employee who works on that day will receive payment at the rate of time and a half for all time worked.
24.2 Time off in lieu may be taken for time worked on a public holiday on a time for time basis at a time mutually convenient to the employee and the employer.
