12. FLIGHT ATTENDANT DUTIES
12.1 Unless otherwise provided by this award, the Company may employ flight attendants and the flight attendant must serve the Company in any part of the world where the Company may from time to time be operating.
12.2 Flight attendants must undertake duties as reasonably directed that are within the limits of their skill, competence and training, including duties which are peripheral or incidental to their work.
12.3 Interviews and investigations
12.3.1 A flight attendant must co-operate with the Company when the Company is investigating alleged breaches of Company policy and airline and safety regulations. The Company may interview a flight attendant if it is suspected that the flight attendant has breached Company policy. The flight attendant cannot unreasonably refuse to attend the interview. The flight attendant may be accompanied to the interview by another flight attendant employed by the Company or a representative of the Association.
12.3.2 A flight attendant may be held out of service with pay if the Company is investigating alleged serious misconduct or alleged serious breach of safety standards by the flight attendant.
