10. DEFINITIONS
10.1 Casual employee - a casual employee is defined as one who is engaged as such and is paid by the hour.
10.2 Full day - a full day means any period of 24 hours in a week, measured from midnight to midnight.
10.3 Authorised union official - authorised union official means an industrial officer of the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, who is authorised as provided by the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
10.4 Union - Union means the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia.
10.5 Employee level one - shall mean an employee at entry level who is required to complete the following two training modules:
10.6 Employee level two - shall mean an employee who has successfully completed the following four classes in addition to level one:
10.7 Employee level three - shall mean an employee who has in excess of twelve months service with the employer and who has successfully completed the following training modules:
10.8 Employee level four – shall mean an employee who is appointed by the employer to this position and who has successfully completed the following training modules:
