29.1 All ordinary hours worked by an employee on a Sunday must be paid at the rate of time and one-half for ordinary hours of work.
29.2 Ordinary time worked on any holiday must be paid for at the rate of double time and a half with a minimum payment for three hours at double time and a half rates.
29.3 However, where a newsagency is open for the sale of newspapers on any Sunday or public holiday, ordinary time on that day must be paid for at the rate of time and a half, with a minimum payment for two hours.
29.4 Savings - Sunday work
29.4.1 All work on Sundays within ordinary hours of work is to be voluntary for all employees (including casuals) employed in that shop at 3 December 1991.
29.4.2 Where a shop gains the right to trade lawfully on a Sunday after 3 December 1991, all work on Sundays within ordinary hours of work is to be voluntary for all employees (including casuals) employed in that shop at the date that the Sunday trading becomes lawful.
