36. RELATIONSHIP TO THE NATIONAL TRAINING WAGE

36.1. Relationship to the national training wage award 2000

36.1 A party to this award shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Award 2000 [Transitional], [AT790899CAN] as varied, as though bound by clause 4 of that award.

36.2 The provision in the National Training Wage Award in respect of overtime shall be read to mean that the hourly rate of pay for the purposes of calculation of overtime or shift penalties is the hourly rate applicable to the relevant age as prescribed in this award.
