NEWSAGENTS
1.1 Newsagents are exempted from the provisions of clauses 23 - Hours and 26 - Overtime to the extent necessary to enable them to employ persons whose duties include rolling and wrapping and/or delivering newspapers on broken shifts.
1.2 Newsagents are exempted from the provisions of 13.4 to the extent necessary to enable them to employ casual persons engaged in rolling and wrapping and/or delivering newspapers on a minimum engagement of two hours.
