1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Retail and Wholesale Industry - Shop Employees - ACT (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2001.

3. APPLICATION
This award is binding upon the employers listed in Schedule 1 (attached) in respect of all of their employees employed in the Australian Capital Territory who are eligible for membership of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association and upon the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association.
4. DURATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 4 December 2001 and shall remain in force for six months.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The rates of pay and conditions of employment are to be as prescribed from time to time by the Award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission made by Commissioner Hingley on 10 November 2000, and known as the Retails and Wholesale Industry - Shop Employees - ACT Award 2000 (Print S4541).
