This award is to operate from 25 August 2000 and is to remain in force for a period of six months.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
The rates of pay and conditins of employment are to be as prescribed from time to time by the Award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission made by Commissioner Foggo on 30 December 1996, and known as the Retails and Wholesale Industry - Shop Employees - ACT Award 1996 [Print N8285 [R0017]].
