AT806816CRV - Hairdressing and Beauty Services - Victoria - Award 2001 [Transitional]
5.1 This award shall be binding upon the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association and upon all of the employers listed in schedule A in respect of all their employees employed in Victoria who are eligible for membership of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association in respect of the following trades: hairdressing, beauty work, scalp treatment, tricology and beuty therapy.
5.2 From the date of coming into operation, this award shall supersede the Hairdressing and Beauty Services-Victoria-Interim Award 1996 but no rights, obligations or liabilities incurred or accrued under the aforementioned award shall be affected by such supersession.
