8. INDEX OF FACILITATIVE PROVISIONS

8.1 A facilitative provision is one which provides that the standard approach in an award may be departed from by agreement in accordance with the specific facilitative provision applying to the provision in question.

8.2 Facilitative provisions are contained in the following clauses:
