20 BONUS OR COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Where an employee is paid commission or bonuses these payments may be offset against any overtime payable. However an employee receiving commission or bonus payments must in any week receive at least the same amounts as would be payable to an employee performing the same number of hours work calculated using all relevant provisions of the award. This provision does not affect the right of an employer to pay commission or bonuses in addition to overtime payments.
