27. ATTENDING FOR DUTY BUT NOT REQUIRED

An employee who has been instructed to attend for work, and is subsequently told that he or she is not required on that day, will be paid five hours at ordinary rates unless notice that they will not be required has been given at their place of residence at least twelve hours before the time at which they were instructed to report for work.
