28.1 A full-time employee who is directed to and actually undertakes work on any day or shift, excluding overtime, will be paid a minimum of seven hours pay at ordinary rate.
28.2 A part-time employee who is directed to and actually undertakes work on any day or shift, excluding overtime, will be paid a minimum of the ordinary hours that the employee would have normally worked on that day.
