Entitlement
Pursuant to Section 71 of the Public Sector Management Act, 1995 employees are entitled to long service leave as provided in Schedule 2 of the said Act as may be amended from time to time, save that reference to the Commissioner or Chief executive will be taken as reference to TransAdelaide and the General manager of TransAdelaide respectively.
