AT809096 - Salaried, Professional and Technical (TransAdelaide) Award 2001 [Transitional]
33.1 Employees who are required for jury service, will be allowed reasonable time off work to attend.
33.2 Proof of attendance, the duration of attendance and the amount received must be provided by the employee to TransAdelaide.
33.3 Employees will be paid the difference between the amount paid for such jury service and the amount of wage, including any penalties he or she would have received if they had been rostered to work during such jury service period.
