15.1 Except upon termination of employment all wages and allowances shall be paid fortnightly according to the ordinary hours worked each fortnight.
15.2 Payment of wages shall be made by direct credit (EFT) into a bank or similar account nominated by the employee.
15.3 Upon termination of employment, wages due to an employee shall be paid to the employee on the day of such termination or forwarded to the employee by post on the next working day.
15.4 No payment shall be made by the Employer for periods of unauthorised absence by the employee.
15.5 On or prior to pay day the Employer shall state to each employee in writing the amount of wages to which the employee is entitled, the amount of deductions made and the net amount paid to the employee.
15.6 Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in this clause, the Employer shall have the right to deduct payment for any day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown of machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the Employer cannot be reasonably held responsible.
