20. OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION

20.1 Employees may elect to join:

20.1.1 the Superannuation Trust of Australia (STA); or

20.1.2 the Employer’s fund, Future Link.

20.2 The Employer shall contribute on behalf of the employee to that fund chosen by the employee under 20.1 above. Such payments shall be made on a monthly basis.

20.3 The contributions of the Employer for any of the employees for whom this award applies will be 8% or as required of his or her ordinary rate of pay for each pay period of that employee or any such percentage from time to time required by law.

20.4 Where an employee does not elect to become a member of either of the funds specified in this clause, the Employer will enrol the employee in the Employer’s Fund.

20.5 At the commencement of employment with the Employer and at the time of making of this award, the Employer will make available promotional material provided by the funds specified in this clause.
