42. NATIONAL TRAINING WAGE

42.1 A party to this award shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Award 2000 [Print PR904174 [AW790899]], as varied, as though bound by clause 4 of that award.
42.2 The terms of the National Training Wage Award 2000, as varied, shall apply to the employment under this award so as to override Traineeship (ATS) and Career Start Traineeship clauses in the manner specified in clause 6 of the National Training Wage Award 2000, as varied, for employers bound by that award.
