1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers (Refuse)(Roping-in No. 4) Award 1993.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employer: Chic Waste Douglas Street Delacombe 3356
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the award made on 29 September 1978 in part settlement of disputes found in C Nos 01106 and 01768 of 1977 and 00225 of 1978 and known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award, 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 15 November 1993 and shall remain in force for six months.
